Much Music Video Awards is probably the largest event of its kind in Canada, and is held every year on fathers day (mid June), in downtown Toronto. They block streets off so that the performace can be held outdoors. This years event was held on June 21. It is broadcast on Much Music TV channel only, and is therefore not available in the US. Many cable companies in Canada carry US TV channels, but as far as I know, Canadian TV channels are not carried by US cable TV providers. A Pity.
